About CRAFT
We build the sales platform for teams that sell cybersecurity.
CRAFT exists because security pipelines are full of deals that look real and aren't. CRMs record that work happened. They don't tell you whether a deal has the facts to back it up. CRAFT does: a deal moves forward only on evidence, and AI agents do the research and drafting so reps can spend their time with buyers.
Mission
To make every deal in a security sales pipeline defensible.
That means a stage means the same thing for every rep. A forecast holds up because each deal in it has the facts on record. Reps spend their time on judgment and conversations, not on tab-switching research and blank drafts. And no automated message reaches a CISO without a person deciding it should.

The book behind the method
The CRAFT method comes from the book by W.C. Bowman, CRAFT: CIA Elite Selling & Strategic Tradecraft. The book sets out five steps:
- Conduct research
- Refine
- Activate
- Find the value
- Tailor
The method was written down before it became software. The platform keeps a team to it every day: a stage change is refused until the facts are on record, and a manager override is recorded when someone makes an exception.
What we believe
- Evidence over optimism. A deal advances because the facts are there, not because the demo felt good.
- The rep keeps the send. Our agents research, draft and propose times. People decide what goes to buyers.
- Don't guess. When our Researcher agent can't find a fact, it says so. A made-up detail in a security buyer's inbox is worse than none.
- Respect the stack and the data. CRAFT reads from Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, and every connection says what it writes. Usually that's nothing, unless you allow it.
Who we work with
CROs, VPs of Sales and founders at cybersecurity vendors, MSSPs and MDR providers. These are teams selling multi-stakeholder deals to security buyers who are skeptical for a living.
